Getting Started

Create your workspace, invite your team, and complete first-week setup.

Welcome to AllSide Fusion

AllSide Fusion is a multi-tenant Business Operating System (BOS). Each workspace is an isolated environment for your organisation — with its own staff, modules, clients, billing, and client portal.

Version 1 focuses on day-to-day client operations: intake, CRM, ticketing, orders, documents & knowledge, and client hub.

Create your account

  1. Visit app.allsidefusion.com/signup.
  2. Confirm your email address when prompted.
  3. Complete workspace onboarding — name your workspace and choose your industry context.
  4. You receive a 14-day platform trial on new workspaces.

Roles at a glance

  • Owner — full workspace control, billing, ownership transfer
  • Administrator — staff, settings, and module configuration
  • Staff — day-to-day operations within assigned permissions
  • Client portal users — limited access to their own tickets, orders, and documents

Client portal users do not count toward your plan's staff limit.

Signed-in users can open Help from the portal sidebar for workspace-specific guidance on plans, modules, and roles.
