Operator: AllSide Systems Pty Ltd ("AllSide Fusion", "we", "us")
By accessing or using AllSide Fusion, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
AllSide Fusion is a cloud-based Business Operating System provided on a subscription basis. Features described in marketing and documentation reflect Version 1 unless otherwise stated.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for activity under your account
- Workspace Owners are responsible for their users' compliance with these Terms
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to access other workspaces' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malware or abusive content
- Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law
Subscription and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe
- Fees are in AUD unless stated otherwise
- We may change pricing with notice; changes apply at renewal
- Failure to pay may result in suspended access
Data and privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of workspace content you submit. You grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the Service.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur with reasonable notice where practicable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
You may cancel via billing settings. We may suspend or terminate for material breach. Upon termination, access ends and data deletion follows our retention policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
