- Workspace data — content you and your users create (clients, tickets, documents metadata, etc.)
- Billing information — processed by Stripe; we store subscription status and customer IDs, not full card numbers
- Usage data — logs, device information, and analytics to operate and improve the Service
- Support communications — emails and messages you send to us
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Authenticate users and enforce access controls
- Process subscriptions and send billing-related communications
- Respond to support requests
- Improve security, reliability, and product quality

Sharing

Workspace administrators control client and staff data within their workspace.

Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16.
