Managing billing
Workspace Owners can:
- Open Settings → Billing
- Start checkout for Starter or Professional
- Open Stripe Customer Portal to upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or update payment method
Webhook sync keeps subscription status current in the workspace database.
Cancellation
Cancel at period end via the Customer Portal. Access continues until the billing period ends.

Tax and invoices
Stripe provides payment receipts. Australian GST treatment follows your Stripe account configuration.
