Version 1 modules, what each does, and how they connect.

Version 1 modules

Modules are enabled per workspace. Navigation and features appear only for enabled modules.

Client Hub

The foundation for client operations:

  • Client records and contacts
  • Client 360 unified view
  • Client portal user invitations
  • Product requests (Orders)

Intake

Public enquiry capture:

  • Workspace-scoped public form
  • Staff review queue
  • Assignment and status progression
  • Convert to CRM opportunity (requires CRM)

CRM

Sales pipeline (optional):

  • Opportunities with stages
  • Activities and notes
  • Linked to clients

Ticketing

Support and service requests:

  • Priority and status workflow
  • Staff assignment
  • Client portal visibility

Orders

Product request workflows:

  • Quote and fulfilment tracking
  • Linked to clients
  • Staff-managed lifecycle

Documents & Knowledge

Version 1 is read-only:

  • Browse knowledge articles and policies
  • Search within the library
  • Upload and entity linking — future release

Legacy MSP bundle

Workspaces migrated from the legacy MSP portal may have Phone, Invoices, Reports, and Internet modules. These are not part of the standard Fusion product catalogue for new workspaces.

How modules connect

Intake → CRM opportunity → Client record
Client → Ticket / Order / Opportunity
Documents & Knowledge → reference material (read-only)

All modules share workspace identity, roles, and billing. Disabling a module hides its UI but retains data.
